Jon’s professional background is in simple portrait photography. He has worked as a photographer on a ship, in a ski resort and for newspapers taking informal portraits and group shots.

After requests from friends and family, Jon ventured into wedding photography, taking both formal and informal photographs. This led to a few family portraits. Having provided a successful, relaxed, low-cost, all-inclusive package for friends and family, Jon opted to go professional.
